Although a relatively new company, I have

established Rowan Property Maintenance from many years of experience.

For the last 18 years I have been delivering high quality service in the maintenance and handyman industry through a reputable

company. My company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance and I am committed to meeting those needs, as a result a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

As well as gaining many years experience in a variety of maintenance aspects, My other qualifications include a 2 year site carpentry course

at west suffolk college (equivalent to NVQ).

I have attended a firestone course to become an approved firestone epdm one piece rubber roof installer for flat roofs.

I also hold a( PAL licence ) powered access licence for cherry picker

and scissor lift types 1b 3a.

I consider health and safety is an important aspect of my responsibility to the customer, the public and to myself. I hold a current CSCS card and I am backed by £2 million public liability insurance.

 I am Located in Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

and cover most of East Anglia
